Retirement planning software · Quebec & Ontario
Will you have enough to retire?
See the answer in your own numbers.
Free while in beta. No credit card, no bank connection, and you can export or delete everything yourself.
AuraPlan is retirement planning software built for Quebec and Ontario. It simulates every year of your plan — RRSP, TFSA, QPP, OAS and real provincial tax — so you can see how long your money lasts and what taxes will take.
See where the years hide money.
One example household left $84,422 more to their heirs.
Your plan runs on your own numbers — this is one example household, in today's dollars.
A real year-by-year tax simulation — RRSP · TFSA · QPP · OAS — not a return-rate guess.
Built Quebec-first
The missing piece.
Most retirement tools are built for Canada first and Quebec second. AuraPlan starts with Quebec.
Every account type
RRSP, spousal RRSP, TFSA, RRIF, LIRA, LIF, RESP and non-registered — with contribution room and RRIF minimums tracked for each.
Quebec first, Ontario fully supported
Ontario gets its own brackets, surtax and health premium — modeled as natively as Quebec. More provinces after.
You’ve been asking yourself
Can I retire at 60?
…or at 50? …do I have enough? …if I sell the house? …if the market dips the year I stop?
The picture above exists to answer questions like these — with your numbers, not averages.
The product
See AuraPlan in action.
Three views do most of the work. Here’s each one, and what it’s for.
The dashboard
The whole picture.
Accounts, income, spending, and the projection they add up to — from today to the end of the plan. This is where you check in: where things stand now, and where they're headed.

The projection
Every lens on one plan.
Net worth, income, taxes, cashflow — different reads of the same projection. There's only one plan underneath, so change an assumption anywhere and every view updates with it.

The year detail
Open any year. Audit it to the dollar.
Pick a year and see its income, taxes, withdrawals, growth and government benefits — each number with its explanation. If something looks off, you can trace exactly why.

It’s live
Move a piece, see the picture change.
Change anything — an age, a rate, a contribution — and the whole plan recalculates at once. And when the question is bigger than a slider, you just ask it.
Ask what-if
“What if we gift our child $50k for their wedding in 10 years?”
Ask in plain words. AuraPlan turns the question into changes to your plan, re-runs the full simulation, and answers in dollars — what it costs, what it moves, and whether the plan still holds.

The optimizer
Or let it find the opportunities.
You don’t have to find the best moves yourself. The optimizer searches your whole plan for them — how much to draw from each account each year to fill the right tax bracket and no more, when to convert and draw down an RRSP, when each of you should start QPP and OAS, how to split income between spouses. The work a good planner does by hand, run across your whole life. See what it finds in yours.

Same household, same savings, same spending — AuraPlan just re-timed and re-sized the moves: which account each dollar comes out of, in which year. On this plan it lifts both the estate and the monthly ceiling. One household's result, not a promise. Yours computes from your own accounts.

Is it really free?
Free during the beta. Pricing may be introduced after the beta with advance notice, and beta testers receive founding pricing at launch.
Do I have to connect my bank?
Never. You type the numbers yourself, and approximate numbers work fine — “salary about $85,000, RRSP about $100,000” is a real plan you can refine later.
Who sees my data?
Built around Quebec's Law 25 with consent controls. We don't sell financial products, we don't earn commissions, and we never sell your data. You can export everything and delete your account yourself.
Is this an advisor?
No. AuraPlan is software you run yourself. Nobody will call you, and nothing is sold to you.
What does “beta” mean here?
The product is real and improving weekly. You'll see a feedback button in the app — what testers report shapes what we build. Your plan and data stay yours.
Is it only for Quebec?
Quebec-first, and Ontario is fully supported with its own tax module. More provinces after.
What's the difference between the assessment and the planner?
The assessment is a one-minute first projection, no account. The planner is the full product behind sign-up: your real accounts, every year, the optimizer.
Put yours together.
Your numbers are enough. Start with approximations, see your first projection in about a minute, and refine from there.
